Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship across Canada to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. We're finalizing freight options for Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut — if you're in the territories, email support@carissima.ca and we'll arrange a custom delivery quote.
Rates and timing. Standard shipping is free on orders over $1,500 to Quebec and Ontario (orders under $1,500 ship at standard parcel rates). Flat-rate freight applies elsewhere: $199 to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and $399 to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 9 business days after processing, and we process orders within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery options. Your Carissima furniture ships boxed and freight-friendly, with three ways to receive it:
- Standard delivery — included. We bring your order to the first dry place at your address — just inside the garage, lobby, or front entryway, safe from the weather. From there, our modular pieces are easy to move and assemble yourself with simple tools and the included instructions.
- Room of choice. Prefer your furniture carried to the exact room where it'll live? We'll bring it there for you. Additional fee applies — email support@carissima.ca to arrange it before your delivery date.
- White-glove delivery. The full-service option: we carry your order to the room of your choice, assemble it, and remove all the packaging — so you do nothing but enjoy it. Additional fee applies — email support@carissima.ca to arrange it before your delivery date.
Damaged or missing items. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email support@carissima.ca within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we'll make it right.
