Refund policy
30-day returns. If you're not happy with your Carissima furniture, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Free return shipping — with conditions. For change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window, Carissima covers return freight, provided that:
- the item is returned in its original packaging, and
- the item is returned with no damage.
When both conditions are met, we'll arrange the return and cover the shipping cost, and refund your purchase price in full.
Returns without original packaging, or with damage. If a return is started without the original packaging, or the item comes back damaged, Carissima may either decline the return or accept it subject to a return fee of 20% of the order value, deducted from your refund.
Need replacement packaging, or have questions? If you no longer have the original boxes and need replacements, or have any questions about returns or fees, contact us at support@carissima.ca before starting your return and we'll help you sort it out.
How to start a return. Email support@carissima.ca with your order number within the 30-day window and we'll send return instructions.
Refunds. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Damaged or defective on arrival. This isn't a change-of-mind return and it's never on you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@carissima.ca within 48 hours with photos and we'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you — including all shipping.
