At Carissima, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we build. Defects are rare, but life happens — and when it does, we're here to make it right. That's why every Carissima sofa comes with a limited manufacturing warranty, included at no extra cost.

Coverage
- Frames — 5 year limited warranty.
- Springs & mechanism — 5 year limited warranty. A slight softening of the springs with use over time is not considered to be a defect, but rather normal wear and tear.
- Foam & fiber — 3 year limited warranty covering defects in stitching or delamination, but excluding normal stretching, fading, or cosmetic wear.
- Fabric — 3 year limited warranty.
Limitations applicable to all warranties
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from authorized retailers only. Warranties are not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- All warranties are limited to manufacturing and material defects with normal residential use.
- Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution of the confirmed defective module only, at Carissima's sole discretion.
- Refunds are not available.
- Warranties are voided by evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning or treatment, abuse, or abnormal use.
- Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses. Any such use will void the warranty.
How to make a claim
Reach out to our Montréal team through our contact page with your proof of purchase, a short description of the issue and a few photos. We'll assess your claim and, where it applies, repair, replace, or substitute the confirmed defective module — at Carissima's sole discretion.
