Coverage

• Frame & construction — 5-year limited warranty. Structural frame, joinery, and load-bearing construction, against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use.
• Sleeper & storage mechanisms — 5-year limited warranty. A slight softening of the springs with normal use over time is expected and isn't considered a defect.
• CertiPUR-US certified foam & fibre — 3-year limited warranty. Covers defects such as stitching failure or delamination; excludes normal stretching, softening, fading, or cosmetic wear.
• Cover fabrics — 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Cosmetic wear, fading, pilling, and staining from normal use are not covered.

Limitations

• Applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, for normal residential use only. Warranties are not transferable.
• Coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of the confirmed defective part or module, at Carissima's sole discretion.
• The warranty provides repair or replacement — refunds are handled separately under our Return & Refund Policy, not the warranty.
• Warranties are voided by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper cleaning or treatment, excessive soiling, or any rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.

How to make a claim

Email support@carissima.ca (or reach our Montréal team via our contact page) with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a few photos. We'll assess your claim and, where it applies, repair, replace, or substitute the confirmed defective module — at Carissima's sole discretion.
